John Michael Mendola, was born in the summer of 1962 in Long Island, New York. Being of Italian heritage, John was born and raised Roman Catholic. His love for music had him playing bass guitar at the local Church masses. In 1994 while traveling through the Far East, John had a vision to donate sound systems to churches and to teach and educate youths about how to lead worship. John then founded Psalms for The World, Inc. As the Holy Spirit began to work in John’s life, He then opened up the Scriptures to John. Now an ordained Minister and Bible teacher, John’s passion is to help others grow in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Over the years John has authored over a dozen books in multiple languages and has taught bible studies, spoke at pastor conference, outreaches and tent revivals worldwide. John teaches at home Bible studies and spends his Sunday mornings playing bass guitar at various churches.
